Learn how to make Delicious 'FISH FINGERS' with our chef Tarika Singh.<br /><br />Fish Finger is an amazing party starter recipe. It can be eaten with Tomato Ketchup, Mayonnaise or any kind of dip. <br /><br />Ingredients:<br />(Serves 2)<br />- Basa<br />- 1 Lemon Juice<br />- 1/4 tsp Red Chilli Powder<br />- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder<br />- 1/4 tsp Cumin Seed Powder<br />- 1/4 Dried Oregano<br />- 3/4 tsp Garlic Powder<br />- 1/4 tsp Salt<br />- 1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour<br />- 1 Egg(whisked)<br />- 3/4 cup Bread Crumbs<br />- 1/4 tsp Dried Oregano<br />- 1/4 Black Pepper Powder<br />- Salt <br /><br />Method:<br />1. Add lemon juice, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, cumin seed powder, dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, over the fish<br />2. Mix it all together, and keep it aside to marinate for around 10-15 minutes<br />3. Add dried oregano, black pepper powder, salt to the bread crumbs and mix it <br />4. Now, take the marinated fish and coat it with all-purpose flour, then dip it in, whisked egg, and then, coat it with bread crumbs <br />5. Do the same with the remaining marinated fish<br />6. Keep this in the fridge for about an hour <br />7. Now fry them, till they turn golden brown, and then, take it out
